Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE This is a notice of intent to award sole source FFP contract to Global Computer Enterprises (GCE), 10780 Parkridge Boulevard, Reston, VA., for procurement of Support Services for the New Core Financial Management System (NCFMS), under the basis of authority Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. A determination has been made by the Government to use other than full and open competition for this acquisition. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, the Government will consider all vendor capabilities received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
