- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Chugach Industries Inc. W911S2-06-D-0005-0059 This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. The Directorate of Contracting issued a modification to extend the completion date of this task order IAW FAR 52.249-10, Default Fixed Price Construction, from 05-Oct-10 to 31-Jan 2011. All other terms and conditions of this task order will remain unchanged. The project was funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
