Description

IQC10314009030 NSN, 1630-01-035-6311, proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with (1) Base Year plus (4) Option Years. This is solicited with FOB at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This is as Unrestricted, using other than Full and Open Competition. The item is a Rotor Assembly, Disc. The approved sources of supply are Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems CAGE (0B9R9) P/N 9542095-1 and Nasco Aircraft Brake Inc CAGE (21849) P/N 44004. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity which is 1,408. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 397 is for the base year only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 2,756. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per the website as of January 4, 2011. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). The item is not commercial per SAP interrogation on January 4, 2011. Progress payments are not included IAW FAR 32.5. ABVS is included. Delivery will be 144 DARO. Possible stock locations include: Continental, United States. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies.
