- Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to complete the following construction projects, Repair/Renovate Facility for the 914th/107th AGE, Bldg. 700, to include the following: (1) Interior Demolition. (2) New Interior Partitions. (3) Carpet and tile flooring. (4) Renovated men's and women's bathrooms with shower facilities. (5) New suspended ceilings with related electrical work. (6) New roll up doors, personnel doors and door hardware. (7) HVAC upgrades including ductwork. (8) New fire sprinkler system with mass notification communications. (9) New 5.0 Ton crane in the bay area. Work will be performed at the 914 Airlift Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance Time is 300 calendar days. A single Firm Fixed-Price construction contract will be awarded. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for HubZone Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220, the SIC code is 1542 and the Small Business Size Standard is $33,500,000. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is 26 January 2010 with RFP closing approximately 30 days thereafter. The complete solicitation will only be available at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No hard copies will be provided. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the website for any changes or updates. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) database at http://ccr.gov and have Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) http://orca.bpn.gov. Failure to register in both databases will render the contractor ineligible for award. Bid, Payment & Performance Bonds will be required.
