- Attach 12 - Section M Attach 11 - Section L Attach 10 - QASP Attach 9 - Request for Clarification Sample Attach 8 - PP Client Auth Attach 7 - PP Consent Letter Attach 6 - PP Questionaire Attach 5 - Performance Information Sheet Attach 4 - Cross Ref Matrix Attach 3 - DD254 Attach 2 - PWS Attach 1 - Clins Request For Proposal This notice is posted to announce that the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Systems Section, DITCO/PL8223, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406 released the formal Request For Proposal on 03 Jan 2011 for Defense Research and Engineering Network III (DREN III) services. DREN III will be a communications network consisting of more than 200 service delivery points of varying bandwidths that are geographically dispersed across the Continental United States (CONUS) as well as outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). Contract duration will be a three-year base period with seven (7) one-year options. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) and in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Oral communications are not acceptable. Questions are due on or before 18 January 2011, 1600 Central Standard Time (CST). Proposals are due to the Government on or before 18 February 2011, 1600 CST. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 517919 is applicable to this requirement.
