- NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS RELEASED UNDER W912DR-11-B-0003. ALL CORRESPONDENCE AND SUBMISSIONS SHOULD REFERENCE THIS SOLICITATION NUMBER. SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business, NAICS 321992, and size standard of 500 employees. Estimated cost of services /supplies is between $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION Leased modular facilities are required to support missions at DINFOS, Fort Meade, MD. The contractor shall submit a proposal based on a maximum lease period of 48 months. Contractor will be given 90 days notice prior to the Government ending the lease. The lease period shall begin when the Government takes Beneficial Occupancy. This project consists of leasing approximately 82,800 square feet space of temporary modular units for Classrooms, Meeting Rooms Office Space, and associated spaces. Required work includes fabrication, transportation, installation of foundations, setting and joining of the modular units and furnishing and installation of designated interior finishes. Supporting site work to be furnished under this solicitation will include concrete and bituminous paving, electrical and communications ductbank installation, connection of water and sewer lines at connection points indicated in the facility design drawings and running of communications cables thru existing ductbank from Building 6500 to the new facility. The temporary units will be removed and the site restored in accordance with the statement of work at lease end. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work will be included in the request for proposals package.
