- The proposed contract action is for administrative servcies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR Part 6.302. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives(ATF) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Kelly Anderson at 424 N. Washington Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 for administrative services. This contractor's personnel possess the necessary ATF Security Clearances. Any award resulting from this requirement will be issused pursuant to FAR 12. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.
