- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Pink Boll Worm Rearing Facility (PBWRF), Phoenix, AZ, has a requirement for toasted soy flour. The USDA intends to award a firm fixed price contract with for one year with two additional one year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 7, 2011. The solicitation will be posted to this website. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via this website only. This will be best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-6395-S-11-0025, will be released on or about January 7, 2011 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website. Please download the RFP from this website. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at this site.
