- This notice is to disclose the Government's intent to award a purchase order to the Arkansas Correctional Industries (ACI) Furniture Division on a Sole Source basis. The decision is based on the fact that ACI is the only source for materials, parts, and equipment to reconfigure and relocate office furniture provided by them on purchase order W912JF-09-C-0005. The furniture items are manufactured by the Arkansas State prison system and are only available from ACI. The anticipated amount of this award is $48,087.76.
