Description
The New Mexico VA Health Care System is seeking a Source Sought to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that can provide closure of one production water well and four environmental test wells. This will be accomplished at the New Mexico VA Health Care, VA Medical Center 1501 San Pedro DR SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. This project will engage a water well service contractor to provide equipment, labor and materials to decommission existing water well and four existing monitoring wells located on the Department Veterans Affairs Medical Center s Albuquerque, NM campus (VAMC). The wells shall be sealed to the standards of the New Mexico State Engineer Office s Rules and Regulations Governing Well Driller Licensing; Construction, Repair and Plugging of Wells, 19.27.4.30 Well Drilling Non-Artesian Well Requirements, C., Well Plugging . The period of performance is 180 calendar days to complete the project. No formal solicitation document exists at this time and there is no guarantee that one will be created. The proposed NAICS Code is: 237110 and the business size is 33.5 million. At this point in the procurement process the VA is performing market research to determine the number of interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Each SDVOSB company interested should send their information by email to Peter.Ondrasek@va.gov or Peter.Coronado2@va.gov no later than 3:00 pm Mountain Time, January 14, 2011. Information should include: name of your Company, POC name, phone numbers, email addresses, DUNS number and indicate if the company is registered with WWW.VETBIZOP.GOV as an SDVOSB.
