- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Iowa City VA Medical Center, Iowa City, IA intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, Public Law 109-461, with AWG, a service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), to replace 7 Maglock door locks with Hes electric strikes. This notice is issued IAW FAR 5.203. NAICS Code #238990 applies to this procurement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The anticipated award date is before January 14, 2011.
