Description

Charleston RFQ The Department of Air Force is seeking qualified entities for a long-term ground lease opportunity at Joint Base Charleston Air Base, South Carolina. The objective of this project is to construct and operate industrial/aeronautical facilities, from which facilities will be leased to the commercial markets. The project shall maximize the value of the Enhanced Use Lease assets within the constraints and restrictions identified by the Air Force, while developing a successful, long-term, and mutually beneficial business relationship with the Air Force.
