- This acquisition to result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years as follows: NSN 2840-00-553-1089 Unrestricted Acquisition TDP available from DLA Aviation Configuration Control Item OEM--GE, CAGE 99207 P/N 4022T25G02 Approved Source--Danville Metal Stamping, CAGE 97126 Not CSI Commercial Item NO FAT required No Surge Reqt Delivery 101 days Estimate Annual Qty 167 FOB Dest, Inspect/acceptance origin The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. "A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
