Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Pomona Lake Kansas has a requirement for park custodial services for Michigan Valley Park at Pomona Lake Kansas. The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, and supplies to maintain this public use area. Facilities in this park include: 95 campsites, 2 shower buildings, 3 picnic shelters, and 7 vault type privys. The contractor shall provide a camping unit and utilize a park campsite designated for this contract. The facilities shall be cleaned 6 days each week with Wednesday being the contractor's regular day off. The contract period is from May 1 through September 30. This solicitation shall be available for down load below. Interested vendors must print solicitation and mail completed copy to Pomona Project office at the address indicated on the solicitation.
