Description

Solicitation FA8126-11-Q-0033 Amendment 0002 THIS AMENDMENT 0002 IS TO CLARIFY THE STATEMENT OF WORK AND TO EXTEND THE RFQ RESPONSE TO 19 JANUARY 2011 COB. This amendment is to clear up (EITHER) a Computed Radiography or Digitial Radiography System. We are using Capital Purchase Program monies and are looking for the LATEST TECHNOLOGY to meet this need. The SOW appears to direct you to a Computed Radiography. In paragraph 3-3 it references a Digital Radiography. Each offer should consider this opportunity to amend your proposal to provide the Government with the best machine to meet the need in the SOW. This can be a Computed Radiography or Digital Radiography System as long as it meets the minimum requirements of the SOW. ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS OR CLARIFICATION ON THIS SOLICITATION OR SOW NEED TO BE RETURNED BY 13 JANUARY 2011/COB. DEADLINE FOR NEW RFQ RESPONSE DATE: 19 JANUARY 2011 COB. NOTE: RFQ RESPONSE MUST INCLUDE THE SF 1449 AND ALL AMENDMENTS (0001, 0002) SIGNED AND RETURNED TO SHOW ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIVENESS.
