- Sources Sought The following is also attached as a Word Document. Notice of Sources Sought Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Aperture Maintenance and Support Introduction The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) was established in 1863 as a bureau of the Department of the Treasury. It is responsible for regulating and supervising the national banking system. The OCC charters, regulates and examines approximately 2,200 national banks and 52 federal branches and agencies of foreign banks in the United States. The OCC's nationwide staff of examiners conducts on-site examinations of national banks and provides sustained supervision of bank operations. Its mission is to ensure a safe, sound, and competitive national banking system that supports the citizens, communities, and economy of the United States. The OCC Real Estate and Capital Assets Facilities unit seeks technical support for the Aperture Desktop Client and Aperture View Portal applications, software, programming, and data management on the dedicated SQL server and network resources. Testing, debugging, quality control, and Quality Assurance services will also be required. General Description of the Requirements The support is mainly required for space and personnel management operations as well as several other building services functions that have transitioned to the Aperture software platform. These services shall include configuration and updating of facilities lease information, floor plan configurations, administrator/user account setup, access menus and settings, application and drawing standards, space names and numbers, stylizers, layers and layersets, space and move occupancy requests, administrator/user workflow, and other related functions and tools required to create a user-friendly interface and maintain a current Aperture database. Creation, modification, and customization of new and existing forms and reports will be required. The vendor shall provide limited onsite and off site user training for any new features and functions created. All services shall be performed via web access or on site at an OCC-designated facility. The support shall cover approximately 100 OCC facilities including the OCC Headquarters facilities, District offices, Field and Satellite offices, a Data Center, and any new, renovated, or relocated facilities. The vendor shall be a certified Aperture Business Partner and, in general, provide on-going professional consulting and computer programming services as noted above and that support computer aided facility management services for the duration of a contract. Responses to This Request Please provide a written technical capability statement of your ability to meet this requirement. The submission may be presented in a format of your choice and shall address your abilities, experience, and past performance in providing the confidential services required by the OCC. Included in your statement shall be a Rough Order of Magnitude. Reponses shall be limited to 5 pages total.
