- Performance Work Statement (PWS) FA4460-11-T-0010 Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii) This solicitation, FA4460-11-T-0010, shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-48 (Effective 30 DEC 2010 [FAR obtained from 554 ELSG/KSL]). (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 711130 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. (v-vi) The following service(s) is/are requested in solicitation FA4460-11-T-0010; CLIN 0001 - The contractor shall provide Gospel Service Accompanist services for Gospel Performances IAW the Performance Work Statement. POP: 10 FEB 2011 to 30 SEP 2011. CLIN 0002 - The contractor shall provide Gospel Service Accompanist services for Gospel Rehearsals IAW the Performance Work Statement. POP: 10 FEB 2011 to 30 SEP 2011. TO INCLUDE 3 OPTION YEARS. (vii) The contractor shall perform services from 10 Feb 2011 through 30 Sep 2011 and from 01 Oct through 30 Sep with each following option year. FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (viii-xiii) The provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-11- T-0010 apply to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding offerors register on ORCA (http: //orca.bpn.gov) / ensure ORCA is current. FAR 52.204-8 mandates the use of ORCA on or after 01 Jan 2005. (xiv) (RESERVED) (xv) Quotes are required to be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 A.M. CST, Sunday, 06 Feb 2011. (xvi) All quotes must be sent to the attention of A1C Lucille D.
