- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, and FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334310 and the size standard is 1000 employees. This combined synopsis/ solicitation is for the attached BRAND NAME OR EQUAL commercial items: See Line Item Listed Attached Hereto Delivery: FOB Destination: Firm Fixed Price requirement The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, ability to meet the needs of the Government, price, and delivery considered. This is an all or none requirement The offeror must either have a completed profile at the web site https://orca.bpn.gov/ or include with the offer a completed copy the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), which is the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
