- RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price contract to incorporate additional construction services necessary to modify the building automation system panel, roof overflow and install four digital/analog converters in the total amount of $28,028. RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price contract to incorporate additional construction services necessary to modify the building automation system panel, roof overflow and install four digital/analog converters in the total amount of $28,028. This contract was awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and 41 U.S.C.253(c)(5). These changes are within the general scope of the contract and are required to complete the original contract. This opportunity is available only under Contract No. AG-3K15-C-10-0024. This modification will be awarded to SoCo Contracting Company, 5655 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 117, Norcross, GA 30092.
