- Description
- The Technical Assistance Support Contract 4-Information and Communications Technology for Health (TASC 4-ICT Health) IDIQ shall provide services in support of Missions and other USAID operating units to achieve the unit's population, health, nutrition and infectious disease objectives and will be managed by the Global Health Bureau, Health Infectious Diseases and Nutrition (GH/HIDN). This TASC 4-ICT for Health IDIQ will be a technical resource mechanism from which Missions and other USAID operating units may draw to meet broad-based or specific population, health, infectious disease, and nutrition support requirements. Global Health Sector contractors may be expected to design and implement technology solutions to promote increased use of health commodities and services at the community, district, or national levels through the host country's health system. Requests may also include, but are not limited to providing ICT solutions to promote: policy reform, behavior change, monitoring and evaluation, system strengthening, capacity building, and commodity system development and management. This TASC 4-ICT for Health IDIQ will provide USAID Missions and Bureaus with the capacity to obtain highly-tailored sets of skills in the development and application of information and communications technology for strengthening of information systems within the health sector (e.g., routine data collection strengthening activities), as well as technical and logistical support in health communication and social mobilization, including behavior change communication and public/media relations by various health activities. As a result of this RFP, USAID anticipates up to six (6),small business set-aside awards, each a five (5) year IDIQ contract. USAID anticipates that the maximum ordering limitation of the contracts resulting from this RFP will be $60,000,000 over the five (5) year ordering period. Note that this ceiling applies across all contracts and cannot be exceeded in the aggregate; each successful contractor will be eligible to compete on all task orders until the shared ceiling for all contracts is reached. There is no guarantee on the number of contracts awarded, the number of task orders that any one firm will receive, or the amount of money each firm is entitled to beyond the minimum monetary amount stated in the RFP. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541990. When released, the solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS (https;//www.fbo.gov/). In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of the solicitation is limited to this electronic medium only. Requests for other copies of the solicitation will be disregarded without notice to the requestor. No phone requests will be accepted, no solicitation will be available for pick-up, and no walk-ins will be allowed. Questions must be directed to Ms. Shanon Krause, Contract Specialist, USAID, M/OAA/GH/HSR, via email at skrause@usaid.gov.
