- The United States Military Academy will be issuing a solicitation on ASFI for all windows (total of 85) are to be washed inside and out in Bldg 745A (Mess Hall) located at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY. This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and, supervision in accordance with the specifications necessary to wash all windows. Windows are approximately 32,000 SF of glass inside and out and 30' off of the ground. The window washing on Bldg 745A can only be done March 12-19, 2011 or the month of June 2011.
