- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) solely for market research purposes and does not constitute as a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated to this RFI. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. The GSA is releasing this RFI to ascertain if vendors are interested if a solicitation was released, for a Papermill Destructor Repair Project. The following commodities will be needed for this requirement: •1. Supply and Install a model 100N30-PL-SP Aget Manufacturing Company Dust Collector or equal to. This model shall include a high efficiency cyclone primary separator equipped with companion rings; Industrial grade exhauster also equipped with companion rings and belt drive by a 30-horsepower, 230/460 VAC, 3-phase/60herts TEFC inverter-ready motor. •2. Supply and Install a fan inlet pressure relief duct section with companion rings. •3. Supply and Install a Model RV-20SP Aget Manufacturing Company 20" heavy-duty rotary valve, complete with 3-horsepower, 230/460VAC, 3-phase/60-hertz TEFC motor or equal to. The rotary valve shall be equipped with a 6-vane rotor, urethane tip seals, finished bore and structural support angles. •4. Supply and Install a Model FT88-211 Aget Manufacturing Company DUSTKOP multiple cloth tube secondary after-filter or equal to. The filter shall be equipped with ST01 polyester knit filter tubes, a motorized shaker operated by a ¾ horsepower, 230/460VAC, 3-phase/60-hertz TEFC motor. The heavy-gauge, dust-tight/weather-tight steel enclosure panels will be required to protect the equipment. Other associated equipment shall include a discharge hood with bird screen, a double outlet hopper with scavenger line fit-up; Anti sway bracing; Special bottom inlet with dust baffle; Pressure relief panels; Pressure relief weather covers and heavy-duty steel supporting structure with special leg length to accommodate scavenger line connections. •5. Supply and Install a Magnehelic differential Pressure Gauge with fittings and tubing to monitor the pressure drop across the filters. •6. Supply and Install a timer for the "bump" shaker cycle. The timer shall be installed inside the control panel, to be set during start-up. •7. Provide engineering and installation drawings. •8. Provide engineering field consultation services during installation start-up fan cyclone. •9. Install variable frequency drive to control the 30-horsepower fan cyclone •10. Provide Payment and Performance Bonds.
