- The purpose of this lease solicitation is to procure space to enable quality learning, networking, and living environment for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Management Training and Conference Center (FMTCC). This procurement is for a long-term unified facility that consists of an FAA exclusive use training center and a non-dedicated hospitality facility, providing lodging and food. The FTMCC must consist of the following:Training Center with administrative offices, training support functional space and associated building services.Hospitality Center containing lodging rooms, lodging amenities, kitchen, serving area, dining area and the associated lodging, food, and building services. The layout of the entire campus must be co-located and designed to move about on foot and provide ease of access to and from the training and hospitality centers. Any proposal is required to address both the Training Center and Hospitality Center to be considered and, if not, will be labeled "unresponsive". LOCATION RESTRICTIONS:The FMTCC will be within a 25-mile radius of the city airport identified below and should be easily accessible by ground transportation. Airport cities include the 25-mile radius from the legal street address of the large or medium airport. The 25-mile radius will be determined from the following website: http://www.freemaptools.com/radius-around-point.htm Proposed addresses containing a location outside/beyond the 25-mile radius will not be considered and labeled "unresponsive". The facility should have easy access to and from the airport and would be advantageous not to travel through a metropolis or city center. Facility location must provide a peaceful environment, as well as, a state-of-the-art conference and training facility.
