- RECOVERY, This notice is for information purposes only; The following modifications were issued to Contract No. GS-01P-09-BZ-C-0014 to add change order work as follows: Modification PS38 includes temporary gas meter and purchase of gas to be used in heaters for construction Phase I during the 2010-2011 winter, for a total of $253,309.00; Modification PS39 includes Revisions to Primary Electric, Revision to irrigation piping material, rain leader clean outs, Phase I existing chilled water cross over piping demo, seismic bracing, roof drain vertical pipe replacement, column reinforcing Sectors A & B, Remove plaster ceiling in chiller room, electrical room, office and generator rooms in Sector M, for a total of $232,953.00. These modifications are being made to an existing contract that was competed using full and open competition.
