- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Great Plains Regional Office is issuing this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine if there are any potential sources that can provide Records Management Services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). The vendor must be knowledgeable with the Indian Affairs Records Schedule (including 15 and 16 BIAM, and 43 IAM), the General Records Schedule. The primary emphasis is on the 2400 series in the 16 BIAM. The records are BIA Facilities Management Contracts (approximately 200 cubic feet of records) and related documents which must be sorted, scanned, jacketed, scheduled, labeled and high-level inventoried and transferred to the American Indian Records Repository in Lenexa, KS. POTENTIAL SOURCES MUST SUBMIT A CAPABILITY STATEMENT, which identifies their qualifications and capability to provide these services. The capability statement must address 1. Experience in this field, 2. Prior jobs completed and magnitude. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE AT THIS TIME.
