- FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Office intends to solicit for Logistic and Management Support Services utilizing full and open competition procedures on behalf of Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) Philadelphia, PA. The successful offeror shall provide security cooperation, security assistance and foreign military sales technical and program/project management support services to NAVICP OF and applicable customers of NAVICP in areas such as: project management, financial and logistical analysis and management, international training and education, special programs, and information technology services and consulting, cooperative programs, protection of key technologies, facilitating release authority for transferable technologies, and the management of foreign military sales, leases, grants of defence articles and services. This requirement is a follow-on effort to existing contract N00189-08-D-Z029 with Lockheed Martin Services, Inc. A cost plus fixed-fee, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated. Required support shall be provided in accordance with specific individual written delivery orders. The period of performance is anticipated to begin 1 September 2011 through 31 August 2012 with two (2) 12-month option periods for a total of thirty-six (36) months. the full solicitation (N00189-11-R-Z023) and any/all amendments will only be available at http://www.neco.navy.mil.
