The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: El Paso, TX Delineated Area: North - Sunland Park Dr. East - North Mesa St. South - Executive Center Blvd. West - Interstate 10 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,230 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,553 Space Type: Office and laboratory Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 reserved surface spaces for Government vehicles Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Tenant agency cannot be located in a building with law enforcement agencies. Space should be contiguous, on one floor. Laboratory Requirements: Multiple outlets, internet access, counter space, and space for storage and refrigerator. No hazardous material storage or use, and no vent hood required. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain B. Projected Dates.
