Approved Northrop Grumman Technical (0JRC1), Mercer Products & Manufacturing (30205), Tect Aerospace INC (34336), Aeromax Industries, INC (40581) AMC / AMSC: 1C. Any manufactures not listed above that wishes to submit a source approval request for this item for future procurements should visit http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base year, O=Option Year). Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=43/ Minimum Order Quantity: B=43, O=43/ Maximum Contract Quantity: B=159, O=159/ Estimated annual quantity: B=159, O=159 (See solicitation for additional details). The technical data package for this item is subject to Export Control. Government First Article Testing of 1 unit applies to this procurement. The First Article Unit requested delivery is 219 days from the date of award. The Production requested delivery is 219 days from government acceptance/approval of the First Article. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers received from valid Small Business entities will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package.
