- Naval Special Warfare Group Four intend to issue a one time firm fixed price purchase order to Carter Machinery, 3404 Business Center Dr, Chesapeake, Va to complete repairs on (3) 11 Meter RIB 3126 engines. The engines are at Charter Machinery facility under a previous delivery order to perform Tune-up and Dyno Testing under the IDIQ contract. This requirement is a result of additonal repairs required to complete the Dyno. This order is an interm order prior to award of the follow-on IDIQ. Note 22 applies:
