- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE FOUR(4) 8A CONTRACTORS UNDER FTA'S PROCUREMENT SYSTEM REVIEW (PSR) PROGRAM CONTRACTS. Business Management Research Associates is one of the four PSR contractors. A task order will be awarded off of the base IDIQ contract. Contractor shall provide professional services for procurement system reviews and technical assistance with the objective of examining how recipients of Federal Transit funds comply with statutory and administrative requirements for procurement, especially grantees that are included in FTA's Annual Certifications and Assurances.
