- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration intends to award a sole source order to Local Government Commission (LGC) to support the New Partners for Smart Growth Conference taking place on February 3-5, 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina. LGC is the only source who has the expertise and history that can provide the experience in catalyzing local governments to action. All responsible sources may submit a response identifying their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one course under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the total estimated value is not to exceed $25,000.00. The anticipated award date is January 28, 2011.
