- Description
- This procurement is for a fixed price contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR),FAR 19.804-2, "Agency Offering," and the Partnership Agreement (PA) identified in FAR 19.800. HUD intent to issue a competitive solicitation and place an 8 (a) contract directly with a qualified 8(a) contractor. The estimated period of performance is 5 years, from April 17, 2011 to April 16, 2012 with 4 option years until April 16, 2016. HUD intent to issue a Performance Based Contract. This solicitation is unrestricted but limited to SBA 8(a) business concerns. Solicitation package will be available on or about 15 calendar from this notice.
