You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-SM-C, _ Dorphelia B. Foster, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-842-7684. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. The US Army Aviation and Missile Command have a requirement to procure Ongoing Contingency Operations (OCO) effort from Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems (NGSMS). This acquisition will provide the necessary supplies and engineering services to provide uninterrupted installation and support of the C-RAM SoS at Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) at locations in OIF/OND, OEF, OCO locations, as well as identified and approved FMS cases. This effort also includes training support at Combat Training Centers (CTC). The C-RAM SoS provides the following capabilities: sense, warn, intercept, and command and control (C2). The engineering services being procured are those required to install and support the C-RAM SoS and to integrate government furnished sensors, command and control systems, and interceptors (where applicable). The supplies to be furnished include the fiber optic/wireless communications network referred to as C-NET, the Wireless Audio Video Emergency System (WAVES), the expeditionary Warning, Alert and Response Network (WARN) technology and speaker systems (including masts, speakers and enclosures), and other supplies such as speaker mounting poles and brackets, installation tools and hardware, installation unique power and antenna cables, and grounding kits. The services include: systems engineering (including communications network and WARN), site surveys, component and site specific designs (including capability enhancements required by the changing threat environment), installation/integration, de-installation/re-installation, test, and integrated logistics (including training) support over a twelve month period, plus two twelve month options. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this procurement is sole source to NGSMS, 213 Wynn Drive, Huntsville, AL. 35805. Any responsible source may submit a proposal which shall be given due consideration by the agency.
