- This is modification 1 to the synopsis entitled Financial and Business ManagementServices (FBMS) NNJ11333395R which was posted on January 6, 2011. You are notified thatthe Government is posting the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) to the NAIS and the FBMSwebpage at http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/fbms/.The due date for responses to the DRFP and inclusion on the Interested Parties List isFebruary 11, 2011.NASA/JSC will hold a Preproposal Conference on Monday, January 31, 2011, at the GilruthCenter, Alamo Ballroom. The conference will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CentralStandard Time, with registration from 8:00 a.m. 8:30 a.m. Companies are requested tolimit their attendee to no more than 3 per company as space is limited. RSVPs for thePreproposal Conference may be sent to Sylvia Aragon at sylvia.aragon-1@nasa.gov prior toJanuary 26, 2011. No NASA badges are required to enter the Gilruth Center. Attendance at the conference is recommended; but, it is neither required nor aprerequisite for proposal submission and will not be considered during the evaluationprocess. Directions to the Gilruth Center:Heading South on I-45, turn Left on Bay Area Boulevard (East). Proceed approximately 3miles on Bay Area Boulevard, and then turn Right on Space Center Boulevard. Proceedapproximately 2 miles on Space Center Boulevard through two stop lights. Turn Right tothe Johnson Space Center Gilruth Center. Proceed to the Gilruth Building parking lot.Enter through the Gilruth Center's front entry, and the Alamo Ballroom will be on yourleft.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
