- Description
- The USPFO for Connecticut requests written proposals for Contract Aviation Depot Support Services. The solicitation number is W91ZRS-11-R-0003 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-47. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 488190 with a size standard of $7M. The Connecticut Army National Guard has a requirement for services to provide Aircraft Unit, Intermediate and Depot Level Maintenance as well as Preservation/Corrosion Control Services to enhance mission capability for the CT Army National Guard, 1109th AVCRAD, Groton, Connecticut. Services will be required on-site as well as at several other locations. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year, plus four option years, for the performance of Aviation Unit Maintenance (AVUM), Aviation Intermediate Maintenance (AVIM) and Depot Repair Maintenance of all Army National Guard Helicopters, helicopter subsystems and ground support equipment (GSE). Anticipated maximum ordering value is $75M. All services are non-personal in nature. This procurement is 100% set aside for SBA Certified 8(a) Small Business Concerns. All concerns shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. Offers shall identify this solicitation using W91ZRS-11-R-0003 on all correspondence and shall be submitted to the USPFO for Connecticut, Purchasing & Contracting Division, ATTN: Diana Marini, 360 Broad Street, Hartford, CT 06105-3706.
