- This project involves the maintenance of seven (7) sites in two counties for the Wetland Restoration Project in Dorchester and Berkeley Counties, South Carolina. Major items of work include: installing Turf Reinforcement Mat (TRM) chutes at Ford #1; installing one area of TRM at Ford #13; raising the existing rock ford at #4; adding three areas of TRM at Ford #16; installing rock drains, and improving stability of access road. Performance time for this project is 27 calendar days (including mobilization). The estimated price is in the range of $30,000 to $150,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990. This solicitation will be available for viewing and/or downloading from website, www.fbo.gov, on or about February 7, 2011 Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference and site showing on Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at the Williams Variety Plaza on Highway 27. The Plaza is located 1.1 miles North of the I-26 and Highway 27 Intersection. Take Exit I-26 and travel towards the MacDougall Correctional Institution. After a brief meeting and review of specifications, a site showing will follow.
