Description

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THE SUBJECT SOURCES SOUGHT IS ONLY A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AT THIS TIME. Equipment to be covered: Varian Clinac 6iX linear accelerator, including 120 multi-leaf collimator, PortalVision, Respiratory Gating, On-Board Imaging (OBI), and Rapid Arc. Vendor to provide service contract to include routine/preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for the above identified equipment. Service engineers must have certified service training and at least three (3) years of experience in both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the above identified equipment. Vendor must be able to maintain software connectivity/communication among the linear accelerator, Varian Eclipse Radiation Treatment Planning System, and Varian Aria Record/Verify systems. Any and all interested and capable vendors are requested to respond to this sources sought with an e-mail message of interest, and provide the following information: 1.Staffing capacity and capabilities to meet requirements stated in above paragraphs. 2.The training and experience of your firm's employees. 3.Any other pertinent information regarding this requirement.
