This is a performance-based service acquisition and the FBI anticipates awarding a cost-plus fixed fee contract. There will be a 1-year base period and a six-month option period. Questions are due to the Contracting Officer on February 9, 2011. Proposals are due on February 21, 2011, 12pm Eastern Standard Time Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
