Description

The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to award the Regents of the University of California, UCSD School of Medicine a call order to provide Forensic Pediatrician services at Naval Medical Center San Diego. The requirement entails providing approximately 50 hours of "as needed" services over the course of the period of performance, 15 February 2011 - 15 October 2011. The Regents of the University of California, UCSD School of Medicine has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement that covers these services. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same service. All capability statements received by closing of this notification of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Submit email capability statements (using PDF, MS Word, Excel attachments) to Josh Blickenstaff at Josh.Blickenstaff@med.navy.mil. Fax quotes may be sent to 301-619-6793 Attn: Josh Blickenstaff. Email statements are preferred. Statements are due not later than 4:30 P.M. EST on 04 February 2011. No phone calls accepted.
