- SUBJECT: ALARM AND SERVICE SYSTEM SUPPORT SITE VISIT: 25 JANUARY 2011 at 0930 starting at Security Forces Building 2420 West Butler Ave Lincoln NE 68524 Please ensure you email all names, drivers license and date of birth for those attending no later than 21 JANUARY 2011 at 0900 to jennifer.eloge@us.army.mil. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: will be 1 year with 4 Option years. Please ensure price includes equipment parts, install, maintenance, service and inspections for a year. Plus, price option years for maintenance, service and inspections for each year. Option year increase requests cannot exceed Consumer Price Index (CPI).
