Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements due to compatiability with the ongoing implementation of Navy ERP, NAVSUP Commander's Guidance and Scenario Planning support for NAVSUP Headquarters and its Echelon III and IV Field Activities. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
