- Attachment F KMPL Attachment E Acquistion Risk Questions Attachment D LCM Attachment C Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment B SRS Attachment A QASP PWS SF 33 The FBI has a requirement to automate their language testing process, improve transparency of the proces for the language personnel applicants, and reduce the overall timeframe from initial application submission by language applicants to tests results storage. This is a performance-based sesrvice acquisition and the FBI anticipates awarding a cost-plus fixed fee contract. There will be a 1-year base period and six-month option period. Questions are due on February 9, 2011. Proposals are due on February 22, 2011, 12pm Eastern Standard Time Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
