- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Belle Glade Delineated Area: North: Hooker Highway South: SF 80 East: SR 715 (NW & SW 16th St) West: SF 80 (North & South Main Street) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,377 Maximum Sq. Ft. Rentable: 8,484 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 36 Parking Spaces (Surface): 36 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Tenant Improvement Dollar Amount: General $31.21 Customization $6.24 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Contiguous space on one floor is required. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space should not be located near schools, railroad tracks, in an industrial area, etc. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. The overall dimensions of the space shall have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. If public transportation is available in the delineated area, the site offered must be on the public transportation route.
