- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Copyright Clearance Center, P.O. Box, 843006, Boston, MA 02284-3006. The Copyright Clearance Center Annual license renewal period of performance is from March 15, 2011 to March 14, 2012. The Contractor must provide PBGC the annual license renewal for a period of 12 months. The license includes: Tier 6 - Annual License Renewal Copyright Clearance Center is the only known source for the Tier 6 license renewal. An interested party may e-mail a written capabilities statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit their capability statement, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via e-mail to durden.lawrence@pbgc.gov (no later than January 28, 2011, 9 AM Eastern Time) This is not a Solicitation, but a Notice Of Intent. No Solicitation will be issued.
