- BSM PR 0040358711. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following: NSN 1680-01-572-8103, Plug, Engine Inlet, A, IAW Naval Air Systems Command (CAGE 30003) part number 3312AS324. The only approved source is First State Manufacturing(CAGE09ZJ4) part number 3315AS324. FOB is at Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 150 days ARO or best possible for the production units. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is February 10, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about March 11, 2011.
