- The UPDATED RESPONSE DATE for industry's questions and or comments on the GTACS DRAFT PWS is 11 February 2011. Non-response DOES NOT exclude any offeror from participating in the future Request for Proposal (RFP) when it is released. EFFECTIVE 19 January 2011, the CECOM Contracting Center - Army Contracting Command became the "U. S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance)." Acronym: AAC-APG (C4ISR). U.S. ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND (C4ISR) will be used for all future postings under Solicitation W15P7T-11-R-C001. All interested parties should continue to watch the Federal Business Opportunities Page (FEDBIZOPS) under the Solicitation # W15P7T-11-R-C001 for further information.
