Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) awarded a sole source Lease Contract for tower space to Eagle Communications, Inc. whose address is P.O Box 817, 2703 Hays Street, Hays, KS 29952. National Weather Service (NWS) is required to provide weather forecasting services in the Chadron, NE area.
