- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby give notice of intent to award a sole source contract to CPP Inc, as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106 (b), Soliciting from a Single Source. CPP Inc will furnish all following materials. This requirement is to include a base year and two one year options BASE YEAR CLIN 0001: QTY- 750 EACH: Provide MBTI, step 11 form Q electronic Version loaded to customer account 330038, item #267147 CLIN 0002: QTY - 750 EACH: FIRO-B profile electronic Version loaded to customer CLIN 0003: QTY- 60 EACH: Thomas Killman conflict mode instrument, paperback, item# 4813 OPTION YEAR 1 CLIN 1001: QTY- 750 EACH: Provide MBTI, step 11 form Q electronic Version loaded to customer account 330038, item #267147 CLIN 1002: QTY - 750 EACH: FIRO-B profile electronic Version loaded to customer CLIN 1003: QTY- 60 EACH: Thomas Killman conflict mode instrument, paperback, item# 4813 OPTION YEAR 2 CLIN 2001: QTY- 750 EACH: Provide MBTI, step 11 form Q electronic Version loaded to customer account 330038, item #267147 CLIN 2002: QTY - 750 EACH: FIRO-B profile electronic Version loaded to customer CLIN 2003: QTY- 60 EACH: Thomas Killman conflict mode instrument, paperback, item# 4813 There will be no written solicition issued. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there is any other businesses that can provide the CLINs provided above, they must respond to this notice before 4:00 pm CST on 28 Jan 2011. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to CPP Inc.
