- Electrical Power Plan, 3rd Florr Sector 2 Link to Design Basis Spec/Salient Charactaristics RFQ The USPFO (United States Property and Fiscal Office) for New York is requesting quotations for Physical Fitness Equipment to be installed in the new Armed Forces Reserve Center located at 25 Baiting Place Road, Farmingdale, NY 11735. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision and means required to provide and install the equipment listed in the solicitation and as described in the Statment of Work contained therein. The physical fitness room is located on the third floor in Room 3022. All electrical infrastructure has been installed to support the design basis equipment. Contractor's are encouraged to review drawing E-127 (attached) entitled "Third Floor Power Plan, Sector 2". The Government intends to issue one contract for the entire requirement. Contractors quoting equal products are required to comply with FAR Provision 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal with their quotation. A document is attached to this solicitation which provides a link to the salient charactarisics of the design basis equipment. The procurement is set aside 100% for small business per FAR 19.502-2. The applicable NAICS Code is 339930. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The dollar magnitude of this procurement is estimated at between $100,000 and $150,000, The soliciation and any amendments will be posted to the FBO Website for electronic downloading, contractors are encouraged to check the site often for any changes. Interested contractors are encouraged to visit the site to view exisitng field conditions. CPT Stepehen Kitchen is the Contracting Officers Technical Representaitve for this project.
