- Description
- The purpose of this task is to purchase the Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod (ATP) Organization Level + Tester (OLT), tech data, support, and spares for Pakistan Air Force. The contractor shall manufacture, test, and deliver one (1) Sniper O+ Tester. The contractor shall provide a Sniper O+ Tester (P/N TE-745631) for test and diagnostic capabilities of the Sniper Pod to isolate and confirm LRU failures. Contractor shall provide Sniper O+ Tester training approximately two months before delivery of equipment. The contractor shall provide Sniper O+ Tester training on pod level testing, to provide an understanding of isolation and confirmation of LRU failures. The contractor shall present all courses and course material in contractor format in the English language at the customer's facility in Pakistan. The contractor shall provide two (2) instructors to conduct the training for a maximum of twelve (12) students with a minimum English Comprehension Level of 60 as defined by Flesch-Kincaid scale.The contractor shall submit a training plan to the USAF for approval of the release of all course information that will be presented. The contractor shall provide support to develop/implement the anti-tamper requirements as specified by the Anti-Tamper Executive Agency. The contractor shall, if required, implement, test, and validate an approved anti-tamper plan prior to delivery of the Sniper O+ Tester. Baseline AT requirements shall be the existing international AT architecture at the time of contract award. This requirement will be sole source to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando FL, cage code 04939, under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1), Justification: "Supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements ".This contract will be for a basic 14 month period of performance. This task will not be solicited publicly. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Security clearance will be required of all bidders/offerors. All interested parties should contact the buyer/PCO identified herein for additional information. Numbered notes 22 & 26 apply.
